Bay View was completely rebuilt in 2010 and now includes four bedrooms one with a dressing room and four bath/shower rooms. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the bay, a king sized bed, dressing room and large bathroom which boasts, twin basins, large bath and power shower cubicle.

The second bedroom has three single beds with en-suite power shower room. Down stairs there are two further bedrooms a double with en-suite shower room and a bedroom with twin full size bunk beds. There is also a down stairs cloakroom and shower with the rest of the living space largely open plan.

There are patios at the front and rear complete with furniture and large lawned gardens for your enjoyment.

The accommodation is very flexible you can rent just the down stairs of the main building for two people at a discount of 25% outside of peak weeks.

During the rebuild we created a new West wing on the ground floor (accessible through an adjoining door) consisting of large Lounge, Bathroom with bath, power shower cubicle and bidet and a further Bedroom with a double and single beds. This West wing can be let in addition to the main property for an extra 25% of the weekly rent. Sleeping a total of 12 persons.
